Venice beach Tri, Alvaro caught me in action!

Warm up:

1/2 “Flight Simulator”

  • 5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-50 reps of Double Unders

Rest as needed and load up to perform:

Thruster 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

  • Cool Down:
  • 10 inverted to lowers on rings
  • 1 minute in bottom of skin-the-cat

Long day at work today, my office had a potluck stuffed my face. Drank a few beers. I arrived at the box really late, thought it was going to be a horrible day at the box. Fortunately it turned out very well! PR’d twice… Tried to take burgners advice on keeping PR’s to one a day. I tried to PR again, failed and realized i should of probably not tried another PR. Re racked my weights and BAM! hit another PR, yay!

Thursters went like this

115-135-150-155(fail)-155-160(pr)-165(fail)-165(pr)
