  • Keg Drill (our new name for the overhead mobility), 2 minutes

WOD:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
  • 18 Box jumps, 24″ box
  • 15 Toes to bar
  • 12 Pull-ups
Result: 5 Rounds 2 Pullups

Didn’t tear completely, more like bruised pre existing calluses. Great start to the new year! Lost some time getting tape, and complaining about my hands hurting like heck. But who’s counting! Pull ups came very easy, i haven’t been practicing my kipping but for some reason, i stay hollow and pulled all 12 unbroken until my hands started bleeding. Box jumps took a some endurance off me. T2B loosing grip moved to strict (lost time there too). Went from regular grip to finger grips, flipped hand grips. Eh. Next time!
