This WOD was so much fun. Haven’t worked out since the Tougher Mudder. Although yesterday i signed up for a dodgeball leage! Yup! thats right! its gonna get nasty!
What is better than doing a Tough Mudder? Doing a Tough Mudder with your CrossFit friends!!!! SQUAT SOMETHING!

1 minute fast singles (run in place)
Row 400 meters
Quad on wall, 1 minute
10 Bounding box jumps, scale height accordingly
15 GHD sit-ups
15 Hip extensions
1 minute Double unders
Samson stretch, 30 seconds
Workout:For time:
Row 1K
200 Double-unders
Run 1K
100 Box jumps, 20 inches
Cool down:
2 rounds: (Gymnastic warm-up)
3 Kipping pull ups
5 Strict pull ups
Tuck L-hang, 10 seconds
10 Kettlebell swings 
+ Ran 1 mile
Hell yea! This was freakin bad ass! 17:34 Sand bagged it a little on the row and run. Next time i will kick more ass! I think it was cause i ate 3 sandwiches today, that’s what i get for eating bread! Yea i did bounding box jumps! Did a shitload of mobility to keep my achilles tendon in one piece. Felt great!
